How can I take part in the European Heritage Days?
All the activities on offer are free, but prior registration is required and places are limited on a first-come,
first-served basis.
To register for an activity, you must first open a user account on the site.
To enable as many people as possible to take part in the event, the number of registrations is limited to a
total of four activities per person over the weekend, including a maximum of one embassy visit.
The system will not allow you to register for two activities taking place at the same time. Study the
programme carefully beforehand to choose your activities.
When will registration open?
Registrations will open on Saturday 13 September 2025 at 10am. Please create your user account in
advance to be able to access registrations on this date.
Until when can I create a user account?
You can create a user account at any time. However, we advise you to create one before the registration
opening date so that you can register for activities.
Can I cancel my registration for an activity?
Yes, up to 72 hours before the start of the activity. After this time, we rely on your participation. By not
attending the activity for which you have registered, you are depriving someone else of the opportunity to
take part.
Can I register for an activity with my family?
Each time you register for an activity, you can add an accompanying person by entering their first and last
name. Beyond that, the additional people need to create their own user account and register for the
activities themselves.
Why couldn't I sign up for the activity I wanted?
All activities have a limited number of places, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Last
year, over 9,000 people tried to sign up for activities, with a total of 2,000 places available.
